When you sign up, you get full access to every feature for 30 days with no charge. Your payment method is collected via Stripe during signup, but you are not billed until Day 31. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation. We send a reminder email on Day 28 so you won't be surprised.
Navigate to Deals from the sidebar, then click + New Deal. Select the deal type (Finance, Cash, BHPH, etc.) and fill in buyer information, vehicle details, and financial terms. Save to create the deal. You can also start a deal directly from a customer's profile.
In the deal form, click the Scan Buyer ID button in the Applicant Info section. Upload a photo of the driver's license or use your device camera. Our AI extracts the information and auto-fills the buyer fields. The same option is available when adding a new customer.
Go to Settings → Website Hub. Choose your subdomain (e.g. yourdealer.aidealmanager.com), upload a logo, set brand colors and tagline, select a template, then click Publish. Your site goes live within seconds. You can also configure a custom domain by adding a CNAME record at your DNS provider.
Go to Settings → Users & Roles. Click + Invite User, enter their email, and select a role (Manager, Sales, Finance Manager, etc.). They receive an invitation email with setup instructions. You can edit or remove users from the same page.
Go to Inventory, click Import CSV in the toolbar, and upload your vehicle data file. Download the sample template to see the expected column format. You can also add individual vehicles with the + Add Vehicle button or use VIN auto-decode.
Go to the Forgot Password page and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link valid for 24 hours. If you're logged in, you can change your password from Settings → Account.
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us. If you cancel during the 30-day trial, you will never be charged. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no prorated refunds, but no further charges.
Check Settings → Email Configuration to ensure email is set up. For Gmail, confirm OAuth is active. For SMTP, verify host, port, and credentials. Also check your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, contact support with details.
Open the deal and scroll to the bottom. Click Print Preview or Download PDF. The system generates a deal jacket including buyer's order, credit application, and uploaded documents. For funded deals, click Issue Receipt.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App, Klarna, and Link (by Stripe). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.
